Identifying the critical success factors of total quality management implementation in manufacturing industry of Pakistan: an exploratory factor analysis

Total quality management (TQM) is a philosophy that focuses on continuous improvement across all parts of company. Its key goals are to satisfy customers and stay in business. As result, it's critical identify the elements lead successful TQM implementation. This study also proposed framework helps organizations their success. To achieve this goal, various success factors (CSFs) contribute organizational growth were identified. The major purpose research for implementation manufacturing industry. For aim, was deployed from an extensive literature review, questionnaire used as instrument specify essential CSFs different industries. Around 300 questionnaires issued top enterprises Sindh Pakistan (both public commercial sectors). structured survey received 82 valid responses, which then analyzed by using factor analysis. Finally, study's findings highlighted five (customer satisfaction, employee involvement, training education, improvement, encouragement, service quality) most important aspects building effective adoption will assist senior program resource allocation produce greatest results terms increased returns stakeholder value.
